How to verify a figure against an official Gulf regulator

Every Gulf state publishes its rates, circulars and regulatory decisions through an identifiable authority. Knowing which body owns which rule is most of the work of checking a figure.

This guide lists the issuing authority for tax, banking and market regulation in each of the six states, and explains what to look for on each to establish whether a figure you have been given is current.

This article is general reporting, not financial or legal advice. Always confirm your specific obligations with the relevant authority or a licensed adviser.
